best outcome possible. Over the years we have refined and honed our skills in programming to get the most out of material and machine
performance. Our determination is to extract the most out of the material for our customers and therefore maximise all nested parts.
Software
Complex designs can be modelled and expanded to show detailed
layers but also allows our Clients to get a 'real' feel for the finished
item.
3D Modelling allows the part to be built in virtual space and rotated to
show the finished item from all angles. In addition, an assembled item
can be expanded and 'virtually' tested for assembly.
MRP
Our Manufacturing Resource Planning System organizes
information and provides functionality for the order cycle
processing of our manufacturing enterprise including Sales,
Customer Service, Engineering, Product Data Maintenance,
Planning, Production, Purchasing, Inventory Control, and
Shipping. Accounting features are provided through interfaces.
The system is used to track production from the release of
Production Job Cards all the way to the completed item being
despatched to the Customer.
